Sales Development Representative (SDR) - B2B Services
Location: South Dublin (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Salary: Competitive base + OTE €50,000 - €60,000
THE COMPANY:
Our client is a growing and well-established provider of business services to a wide range of B2B clients across Ireland. They partner with organisations in sectors such as engineering, construction, pharmaceutical, medical devices and healthcare, supporting them with essential services that drive operational performance.
With continued growth and a strong pipeline of opportunity, they are now looking to expand their commercial team with the addition of a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
THE ROLE:
This is a high-volume, fast-paced sales role focused on generating new business opportunities through a mix of inbound and outbound activity.
You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and developing leads, working closely with the wider sales team to pass on qualified opportunities for closure.
Key responsibilities include:
* Proactively generating new business through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
* Managing and converting inbound enquiries into qualified opportunities
* Booking meetings and building a strong pipeline for the sales team
* Engaging with decision-makers across multiple industries
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking activity
* Working towards daily, weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
This role requires a resilient, proactive approach, particularly when it comes to cold calling and handling objections.
THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a sales, lead generation, SDR or customer-facing role
* Confidence in making high volumes of outbound calls
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A target-driven mindset with a desire to earn and progress
* The ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
* Experience in B2B sales is advantageous but not essential
