The Role: The Account Executive will cover a territory spanning the South of the UK, including but not limited to Bristol, Swindon, Bath, Reading, Oxford, Southampton, Northampton, and Cambridge. This role involves providing a diverse range of caster and wheel products to end users (80%) and OEMs (20%) across sectors such as healthcare, construction, catering, retail, and airlines.

As an Account Executive, you will forge relationships with decision-makers at all levels, ranging from purchasing managers to managing directors at the end-user level, as well as design engineers and procurement managers for OEMs. While inheriting existing accounts, you will have the autonomy to cultivate new ones, allocating your time between account management (40%) and new business development (60%).

For this Account Executive position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Ideally experience with casters and wheels, but all candidates with a background in technical sales will be considered.
  • An engineering background is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Forward-thinking candidates with great rapport building skills.
  • Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written are a must.
  • Ideal candidates are those who embrace the opportunity to forge their own account base and are enthusiastic about starting fresh.
  • Must have a full driving license.

Benefits of this Account Executive role:

  • £35,000 - £40,000 base salary
  • OTE: £3000 - £5000
