Regional Sales Representative - Specialist Medical Equipment

The Regional Sales Rep covers: M4/M5 corridor - Birmingham across to South Wales, down to Cornwall and across to Hampshire.

THE ROLE: The successful Regional Sales Rep will enjoy a consultative, account management role with long sales cycles. Tasked with growing relationships and winning new business within these NHS accounts, you will be hospital bases. Day to day you will typically working with audiology, ENT and paediatric consultants, speech and language therapists, procurement and relevant specifier or contractor parties for larger, full-room projects. Typical sale could be £15K up to £250K.


Full product training will be given, you get some guaranteed commission and the rest is uncapped!

They provide a quality range of audiology diagnostic equipment (hearing loss, balance testing etc), software and accessories and they are currently seeking to recruit a tenacious healthcare sales professional to develop their business around the M4/M5 corridor.



REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong track record in medical sales - ideally sold capital equipment
  • Consultative sales process - solution based
  • Ability to grow existing accounts
  • Full driving license


The Package for Sales Manager:
  • Basic: £40,000 - 48,000
  • Commission: £15,000+ uncapped (£7,500 is guaranteed!)
  • Car: Fully expensed company car - hybrid available
