THE JOB: Reporting into Commercial Director, the successful Sales Manager will enjoy this highly commercial role which is a hybrid job of sales and team management. You will be responsible for managing a team of 4 which includes clinical specialists and account managers. The portfolio is across a range of patient handling equipment including beds, traction frames, mattresses and more. This role is strategic, and you will engage with C suite level contacts in the NHS such as Senior Execs, ICS, ICB, Head of Finance, Head of Procurement and tissue viability nurses.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have sales management experience within Med-tech / Healthcare sector.
  • Strong attention to detail, knowledge of the NHS and ability to submit tenders will enhance your application.

The Package:

  • Basic: £60,000-£70,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus: £24,000+ uncapped
  • Car: Fully expensed company car/£700 allowance and fuel card.
