Regional Sales Manager Leisure - National
The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, ambitious, target focused Regional Sales Manager with a growth mindset, to join the UK's market leader in professional, flexible, portable staging to make a vast impact within their already highly performing sales team.
This role is an out and out new business development role. With 1000's of potential accounts to approach, you will have plenty to go after...some of whom have already worked with the business but are ready for an update.
Your day to day responsibilities will be to identify and target potential new events arenas & stadium customers, such as the o2, Zennith Arena & football stadiums, identify key stakeholders and understand their requirements. Down to the nature of the product and order value, the lead time can be lengthy, so staying on top of customers and managing the process from cradle to grave is essential.
You will be dealing with decision makers at all different levels, so you will need to be highly adaptable in your approach.
Selling the businesses range of portable & flexible staging & banqueting furniture & ancillary products such a crowd control barriers, steps and ramps, which are all manufactured in the UK, and known for its unbeatable quality within the market, it is a fantastic product range to work with and become a proud ambassador for.
Your role will have a National remit predominantly, with some travel into Europe where required! Whilst you will be based from home, there is an expectation for you to be face to face with clients 4 days per week.
Requirements: To be considered for the Regional Sales Manager - Leisure role you must:
* Currently be selling into Events Arenas &/or Stadiums or have done so in the past 3 years
* Have a proven track record in new business wins, particularly with high value products that require a long lead time.
* Be motivated, driven and tenacious, with high energy levels, and a big personality.
* Be highly personable, organised, resilient, efficient, and intuitive.
The Package for Regional Sales Manager - Leisure
* Basic salary up to £45k with high earning potential
* £5k Car Allowance
* Mobile phone, Laptop, WFH, Pension.
* 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (rising to 25 days holiday after 3 years' service)
