Regional Sales Manager - UK - predominantly London and surrounding area's

The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, ambitious, target focused Regional Sales Manager with a growth mindset, to join the UK's market leader in 'flexible' furniture to make a vast impact within their already highly performing sales team.

As the companies sole representative within the hospitality sector, your main objective on joining the business will be to identify and target high end hotels and events/conference center venues who they don't currently have a relationship with. Your primary points of contacts will be the likes of Operations Managers, Owners, Directors, Purchasing Managers, Food & Beverage Managers & In Room Managers.

Opening doors and building new relationships will be your key focus initially, but as you continue to bring new accounts on board the role will organically move towards nurturing and growing those new customers and maximising the opportunity within.

Selling the businesses range of portable furniture including cafeteria, banqueting and catering tables; mobile stages, beds, dance floors and catering equipment, which is all manufactured in the UK, and known for its unbeatable quality within the market. It is a fantastic product range to work with and become a proud ambassador for.

You will have complete monopoly to target accounts across the whole of the UK, so you will need to be comfortable with National travel, however the highest volume of target accounts is throughout the South East and London so you will mainly be based in and around this area.

Whilst you will be based from home, there is an expectation for you to be face to face with clients 4 days per week.

Requirements: To be considered for the Regional Sales Manager role you must:

  • Have a proven track record in new business, but also be able to demonstrate key successes within account management
  • Have a proven track record selling into the hospitality sector and have current contacts.
  • Be motivated, driven and tenacious, with high energy levels, and a big personality.
  • Be highly personable, organised, resilient, efficient, and intuitive.

The Package for Regional Sales Manager

  • Basic salary up to £42'500k with huge, uncapped commission structure
  • £5k Car Allowance
  • Mobile phone, Laptop, WFH, Pension.
  • 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (rising to 25 days holiday after 3 year's service)
