Regional Sales Manager - South

Area - Oxford down to the Coast

THE ROLE OF REGIONAL SALES MANAGER:

As the Regional Sales Manager for the South, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10 field-based sales professionals whose primary focus is to gain new distribution for our partners vape products, by building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers within retail stores. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will work to deliver on targets, objectives and KPI's through the team, set by the Head of Field for the UK, who you will report into.

Your main responsibilities will be to effectively plan your diary to ensure you are spending adequate time in the field with your team, coaching, developing, and training them in the key aspects of their job role which are to:

  • Research and identify prospective customers through varied lead generation tactics.
  • Build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of vape products.
  • Drive business growth through effective sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations and pitches and closing deals.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service are delivered, as promised, to the customer at all times.
  • Manage their time and territory plan effectively to maximise productivity and meet (and exceed!) all KPI's and targets set.
  • Ensure CRM systems are kept up to date and admin is kept on top of.

ABOUT YOU:

Essentials:

  • A full driving license
  • Demonstrable track record of coaching, developing and mentoring a field based team to achieve company and individual objectives and targets
  • Excited by the prospect of working in a fast paced, start-up environment
  • Great team player with the ability to inspire and motivate, with an outgoing & approachable personality
  • Be highly organised with great time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook)

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Base Salary up to: £45,000
  • Commission: 20%
  • £5'000 car allowance
