Regional Sales Manager

The Role of Regional Sales Manager – Capital Equipment: As Regional Sales Manager working for this innovative manufacturer, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 Area Sales Managers, across the northern half of the UK, who sell a range of coding and printing equipment and service contracts. The broad customer base includes; food, beverage, automotive and pharmaceutical manufacturers at multiple levels. The focus of your time will be managing the team in their professional development, assisting with bids and the team’s key accounts, setting strategy and quotation approval.

For the Position of Regional Sales Manager – Capital Equipment, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Managed a field sales team
  • Experience of capital expenditure selling
  • Ethical and transparent approach to dealing with customers & colleagues
  • Structured, organised, sales trained and able to present complex solutions to customers
  • A true team player who enjoys a collaborative work environment
  • Must be resilient, well presented, dynamic, driven, enthusiastic, articulate and personable
  • Driving licence

Benefits of this Regional Sales Manager – Capital Equipment role:

o £50,000 to £55,000 basic salary

o OTE £16,000 bonus
