An innovative medical device company in fertility, that work every day to unlock the full potential of science and technology to reduce the barriers towards building a family, are expanding their marketing function and looking for a Regional Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

Looking for an experience marketer with a digital mindset to be a part of the EMEIA team and specifically support UK & Ireland in the overall marketing strategy, executing sales and marketing activities in the region. This role will report directly to EMEIA Regional Marketing Manger.

Responsibilities:

  • Together with the sales team, be responsible for the marketing strategy for UK & Ireland
  • Taking ownership for the various marketing activities by leading and coordinating
  • Organising and coordinating internal and external activities such as conferences, workshops, various customer meetings, events and webinars
  • Be an active part in planning and executing product launches, including tactics and strategy
  • Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trends.
  • Create local content, and review and localise global content for social media and other digital channels.
  • Be responsible for continuously updating local website
  • Assisting and providing Sales team with material for tenders, product information, quality assurance documentation, sales statistics, custom reports and similar
  • Support with planning, implementing, and monitoring of marketing campaigns

Attributes:
  • Ideally have a degree in marketing
  • 2-3 years of experience working within marketing
  • Strong digital and communication skills
  • Experience of working in MedTech, Life Sciences, or BioTech sectors
  • Structured, highly driven and solution-oriented person
  • Experience of planning and executing campaigns and events
  • Experience of working across different regions
  • Experience of marketing and sales tools (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, FormAssembly, Hootsuite, GotoWebinar)
  • Graphic skills such as InDesign and Canva
  • Ability and willingness to travel a few days a month
