Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients in the manufacturing, Engineering, Construction and technical services sectors. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining client relationships, sourcing top talent, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Development:
- Proactively identify and engage with clients in engineering and technical market segments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting) to source top engineering talent.
- Screen and qualify candidates, ensuring they meet client specifications.
- Manage candidate relationships, providing career advice and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Placement Management:
- Match high-caliber candidates to appropriate roles within client organisations.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Business Growth:
- Identify opportunities to expand the client portfolio and increase revenue.
- Stay updated with market trends and provide insights to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Strong business development skills with a track record of building and growing client accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
