Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients in the manufacturing, Engineering, Construction and technical services sectors. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining client relationships, sourcing top talent, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Development:
    • Proactively identify and engage with clients in engineering and technical market segments.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
    • Conduct client meetings to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting) to source top engineering talent.
    • Screen and qualify candidates, ensuring they meet client specifications.
    • Manage candidate relationships, providing career advice and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Placement Management:
    • Match high-caliber candidates to appropriate roles within client organisations.
    • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process.
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
  • Business Growth:
    • Identify opportunities to expand the client portfolio and increase revenue.
    • Stay updated with market trends and provide insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of building and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
