Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 + Car Allowance, Pension & Benefits

The Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the full commercial and contractual management of building projects from pre-contract through to final account:
- Support post-tender and pre-contract commercial setup
- Procure subcontractors and manage subcontractor accounts through to final account
- Prepare valuations, variations, reports, and contractual correspondence
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cashflow
- Manage client communications and monthly commercial reporting
- Ensure timely submission of claims, notices, and final documentation
The Person
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- 10+ years' experience with a main building contractor
- Strong commercial, contractual, and reporting capability
- Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills
- Proven ability to manage project finances and subcontractor relationships

- €90,000 - €110,000 Negotiable DOE
