Role Overview: Quality Manager (Process)
Joining their dynamic team based in Berkshire, my client is looking for an experienced Process Quality Manager to ensure the maintenance & continuous improvement of their QMS system. This position will involve managing a team, and auditing both internal and externally. The ideal candidate will be a good team player, able to multitask and comfortable managing a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintenance and continuous improvement of our clients' QMS system.
· Manage a close-knit quality team.
· Lead the internal & external audits of surface technology equipment at the clients' site.
· Conduct quality reports for customers' and our clients' other business units.
Requirements:
· Degree level certification within quality or engineering.
· At least 5 years' experience in a quality position conducting audits and improvement of QMS.
· Experience managing a quality team.
· Experience with NADCAP (special process auditing), IS9100, AS9100, CQI-9, ISO 13485 or similar.
