My client is a global company specialising in products for bonding, sealing, reinforcing, and protecting in construction and automotive industries. They provide solutions such as concrete admixtures, waterproofing, and adhesives. Operating in over 100 countries, they support diverse projects from large infrastructure to residential construction, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure products meet quality standards and certifications.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
* Support the Quality Manager in day-to-day operations.
* Promote a culture of quality across the business.
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or relevant industry experience.
* 2+ years in quality control/testing, ideally in materials, construction, or lab environments.
* Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
* Ambition to advance to a Quality Management role.
What We Offer:
* Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (based on experience).

* Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm schedule.
