Project Coordinator
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Service Operations professional to join a well-established global engineering organisation. This is a Dublin-based role offering strong exposure to service operations, client interaction, and long-term career development within the HVAC and building services sector.

THE ROLE:
As HVAC Service Operations Lead, you will support the Service Operations Manager and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the HVAC service department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a primary point of contact for service clients, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensuring service activities are completed on time.
- Supporting day-to-day service operations, including engineer scheduling, task allocation, and workflow coordination.
- Assisting with service contracts, commissioning activities, and repair works on HVAC equipment such as AHUs, chillers, and heat pumps.
- Producing client reports, KPI updates, and monthly service summaries.
- Ensuring CRM/ERP systems and service documentation are accurately maintained.
- Working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Identifying service improvement opportunities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assisting with resource planning and operational readiness across the service team.
This role is primarily office-based, with regular interaction with engineers and clients.
THE PERSON:
Our client is seeking a well-organised, customer-focused individual with:
- Experience in HVAC service operations, facilities management, or a technical service environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Good IT skills, including CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvements and support operational efficiency.
Previous exposure to HVAC service teams, PPM scheduling, or service contract management would be highly beneficial.
THE PACKAGE:
- Salary: €50,000 - €55,000 base
