Location: Limerick / North Kerry | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: €60,000 - €85,000 DOE + Van, Fuel Card & Pension

The Role
A hands-on Project Manager role combining site-based delivery and office coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the work while managing overall project performance.
- Manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractors and materials
- Monitor programme, budgets, and project timelines
- Ensure effective use of labour, plant, and resources
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications
- Drive health & safety across all site activities
- Act as key point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Lead and support site teams to deliver successful project outcomes
The Person
- Background in civil engineering, utilities or infrastructure projects
- Open to Project Managers, Senior Site Managers, Site Engineers, Agents or Project Engineers stepping up
- Hands-on approach with strong site presence
- Good understanding of programme, quality, and safety requirements
- Strong communication and team leadership skills

- €60k - €85k salary depending on experience
