Salary: €90,000 - €110,000 DOE + Car, Bonus, Pension & 26 Days Leave

The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of large-scale city-centre developments, leading delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
- Lead high-performing project teams on major builds
- Take full control of programme, budget, and project delivery
- Drive site performance, quality, and safety standards
- Manage client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee procurement, commercial performance, and reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to spec
The Person
- Proven Project Manager experience on large building projects
- Background in high-rise residential or commercial construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making ability
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and programmes
- Ambitious and motivated to deliver high-profile projects

- €90k - €110k base salary
