HVAC Project Manager

Location: Dublin or Cork| Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000

The Role

As HVAC Project Manager, you will oversee technical projects from design through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to specification. We are open to considering candidates based in Dublin or Cork. Responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day project delivery and client interactions
• Develop and execute project plans, tracking milestones, budgets, and variations
• Lead site technical teams and coordinate project activities
• Oversee technical documentation, submittals, and testing processes
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Deliver post-production documentation including as-built drawings and O&M manuals
• Provide regular progress and commercial reports to senior management
• Travel to project sites across the EMEA region as required

The Person

We welcome applications from candidates with project management experience in construction, M&E, HVAC, or data centre environments, and strong transferable skills. You will ideally have:

• Knowledge of HVAC and air handling systems
• Experience managing technical projects, budgets, and teams
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Confidence managing commercial and contractual matters
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or BIM360 is a plus
• Relevant project management qualifications or equivalent experience
• Health & Safety supervisor/management qualification desirable

The Package

• €80,000 - €90,000 basic salary
