Our client is a leading company in the biomass energy sector, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of biomass heating systems and related equipment. Job Summary:
As a Project Manager with our client, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects in the Tipperary and Limerick regions. Your expertise in building services, M&E contracting, or the energy sector will contribute to the successful execution of projects. You will work from home 2 times a week and spend the remaining 3 either in the office or onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Install managing 6 per site including sub-contractors
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services to support project milestones.
- Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders regarding project status, updates, and any changes to scope or timeline.
- Monitor project costs, prepare financial reports, and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in building services, facilities, construction , M&E contracting, or the energy sector.
- Familiarity with biomass heating systems or renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and resource allocation.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts
Benefits:
