We are recruiting for a Production Manager on behalf of a leading company in the transport sector, renowned for its innovation and commitment to seamless, reliable, and sustainable mobility. The Role

You will oversee the day-to-day maintenance of rolling stock, ensuring the timely delivery of services in line with customer agreements. Working a rotating shift pattern (12-hour days, 11-hour nights), you'll manage teams of supervisors and technicians, focusing on safety, performance, and employee development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring operational targets are met.
  • Build strong customer relationships and handle escalations effectively.
  • Promote health and safety compliance and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Support and develop team members, championing their career growth.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in production or engineering management.
  • Must have background in rolling stock
  • Ability to manage teams and ensure operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
