The Role
This is a nationwide Product Specialist position, ideally suited to someone based in Leinster, covering hospitals across Ireland.
You will be responsible for promoting and supporting a critical care portfolio, including diagnostic solutions and associated consumables, working closely with clinical and procurement stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing existing hospital accounts while identifying new opportunities
- Providing clinical education and in-theatre/ward support where required
- Engaging with consultants, nurses, clinical specialists, procurement, and hospital management
- Supporting product evaluations, training sessions, and implementation
- Delivering a high level of technical and clinical expertise to customers
This is a consultative, relationship-driven role with a strong emphasis on education and clinical credibility.

The Person
You may come from either a sales or clinical background:
Option 1 - Sales Background:
- Proven track record in medical device or healthcare sales
- Experience selling into hospitals / secondary care in Ireland
- Ideally exposure to critical care, cardiology, or diagnostics
Option 2 - Clinical Background:
- Nurse or clinical professional with experience in cardiology, ICU, theatre, or acute care
- Keen interest in transitioning into a commercial, education-focused role
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness

The Package
- Base Salary: €55,000 - €60,000
- Bonus: €20,000 OTE

Location:
