About the Role:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the product's success by crafting clear, impactful messaging and developing go-to-market strategies that will help global expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, lead product launches, and help communicate the product's unique value to customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs and create detailed user and buyer personas
- Own product positioning, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with customer needs
- Develop and create marketing materials including sales presentations, datasheets, battlecards, whitepapers, guides, and online content
- Lead the development and execution of successful product launches
- Stay on top of competitor products and market trends, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth
- Provide training and support to sales teams and partners, enabling them to communicate product benefits effectively
- Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into ongoing product and marketing strategies
- Manage internal communications, ensuring timely and accurate release of information
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years' experience in Product Marketing (or a similar role)
- A degree in Marketing, Product Development, or a related business field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions
- Experience leading and contributing to cross-functional teams (including Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering) in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with software products (experience in cybersecurity is highly desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate globally
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with various marketing tools
