A leading healthcare company with a strong legacy in advanced wound care and compression solutions is seeking a UK Product Marketing Manager. This role combines strategic thinking with practical, hands-on execution, allowing you to collaborate across teams, influence local initiatives, and make a meaningful difference for patients and healthcare professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with colleagues to support the UK product portfolio
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Help shape product positioning, pricing, and marketing plans
  • Partner with the wider EMEA team to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to guide product messaging and value
  • Support and contribute to UK marketing plans, campaigns, and educational initiatives
  • Assist with product launches, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with sales and clinical teams
  • Track trends, campaign performance, and share insights to help refine plans
  • Support tenders, bids, and relationships with local KOLs

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; CIM qualification preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in product marketing, product management, or related healthcare roles
  • Experience in UK wound care, preferably Advanced Wound Care or Compression
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and influencing without formal authority
  • Strong organisational, project coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, accessible messaging
  • Analytical mindset and curiosity to learn from data
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Hybrid working possible, with travel to HQ in Loughborough ~2 days/week
