Role for Product Marketing Manager: You will take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from identifying market opportunities and launching products, to developing go-to-market strategies and analysing post-launch performance. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and global suppliers.
- Develop and execute product-specific marketing campaigns using HubSpot; report on performance and ROI
- Plan and manage successful product launches and updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Scientific Support, and HQ,
- Manage advertising, events, exhibitions, and digital content, aligning all activities with brand strategy
- Liaise with suppliers and HQ to maintain up-to-date product and marketing information
- Forecast stock accurately and manage inventory to avoid waste and meet demand
- Maintain digital presence across social media, website, and webinars; generate relevant content
- Oversee the creation of promotional material, technical tender documentation, whitepapers, and internal/external communications

Requirements for Product Marketing Manager:
- Cellular pathology knowledge and experience
- A minimum of 3+ years' commercial experience in a related industry (medical, scientific, or technical)
- Strong technical product knowledge backed by relevant qualifications
- Highly organised with excellent planning, financial and analytical skills
- Adaptable, resourceful and results-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in training and presenting internally and externally
