The Company

Our client is a well‑established property development and asset management organisation with a significant residential portfolio across Dublin. With continued investment in energy‑efficient upgrades and sustainability initiatives, the group is actively transitioning traditional heating systems to modern heat pump solutions across its housing stock.

They are now seeking a qualified Plumber to support boiler‑to‑heat‑pump replacement projects within residential and housing environments.

The Role

The successful candidate will be based in Dublin and will work primarily on residential properties, replacing existing boiler systems with modern heat pump installations. The role is structured, well‑planned, and focused on upgrade works rather than reactive call‑outs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Removing and replacing boilers with heat pump systems
• Carrying out plumbing installations within residential and housing settings
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
• Completing work efficiently with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Participating in a 1‑in‑7 on‑call rota, with additional supplementary fees paid

The Candidate

Our client is seeking a plumbing professional with:

• Proven experience working as a Plumber in residential or housing environments
• Exposure to boiler systems and an interest in heat pump technology
• Ability to work independently and to a high standard
• Strong awareness of health & safety and compliance
• Full driving licence
• A reliable, professional, and customer‑focused approach

Experience with heat pump installations is highly advantageous, though training and support can be provided.

Package

Our client offers a strong and competitive package, including:

• Salary: €56,500 - €58,000
• Pension: 5% company contribution
• Vehicle: Company vehicle provided
• Fuel Card: Included
• On‑Call: 1‑in‑7 rota with supplementary fees paid
• Benefits: Discounts on health and wellness facilities
• Work Type: Predominantly residential upgrade projects in Dublin
