THE ROLE:
The Dublin-based Technical Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for technical queries and will support customers in troubleshooting and solving issues. Day-to-day tasks include:
Providing expert technical advice and guidance to customers.
Troubleshooting issues and assisting clients to resolve problems efficiently.
Supporting the creation of user guides, manuals, and technical documentation.
Liaising with internal teams to solve complex technical challenges.
THE PERSON:
Our client is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria for this office-based, Monday to Friday role:
Trade-qualified in HVAC or plumbing.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in an office environment and liaising with internal teams and customers.
THE PACKAGE:
Salary: €52,000 - €62,000
5% pension contribution
