The Role for Partner Marketing Manager
A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially focused Partner Marketing professional to take on a strategic EMEA role, specialising in Independent Software Vendor (ISV) marketing. This is a full-time, permanent position suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and enjoys working at the heart of a partner ecosystem.
· Take ownership of the ISV marketing strategy across the EMEA region,
· Particular focus on driving the growth, capability, and go-to-market (GTM) maturity of key software partners.
· Acting as both a strategist and an advisor, you will guide partners and internal stakeholders across the full lifecycle of "build, market, sell," ensuring alignment and impact at every stage.
· You will be responsible for designing and executing innovative co-marketing initiatives that strengthen partner relationships while generating tangible commercial outcomes.
· Developing integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels, content marketing, and virtual events such as webinars.
· A strong focus will be placed on measurable return on investment, with data and insights informing continuous optimisation.
· Work closely with channel sales teams, regional marketing functions, and distribution partners to ensure seamless execution of programmes.
· Additionally, you will support and influence Field Marketing Managers and Channel Marketing Managers, helping to scale best practice across the wider organisation.

Requirements for the Partner Marketing Manager role
This position is suited to a marketing professional with previous experience within Partner marketing and a strong background in B2B environments, particularly within technology, software, or partner-led organisations.
- 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, within partner, channel, or alliance marketing (essential)
- Strong understanding of working within or alongside Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystems
- Proven expertise across digital marketing, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing
- Experience designing and delivering joint marketing programmes with measurable outcomes
- Ability to develop and implement structured partner engagement frameworks or tiered programmes
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
The Package
- Salary up to £75,000
- Car allowance £6300 or Car
- Bonus (target of 12% of base salary)
