New Equipment Sales Executive

The Role: BMS are recruiting for a New Equipment Sales Executive for a market leading organisation in the lift, door & escalator industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling an impressive, and market leading, range of lifts & escalators into brand-new projects across London & the South East. Selling to property developers, contractors, and architects, this role will see you dealing with multiple levels of decision makers in quite complex stakeholder relationships. This role is 100% new business which is on a project by project basis within an existing set of client accounts. You will be targeted on new unit sales throughout the year and will have a huge internal support team including: Construction Managers, Designers, Solutions Engineers, Legal Teams, and Portfolio Managers. This is a mostly desk-based sales role with office location in Central London and plenty of time working from home to give you the flexibility.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must have previous lift or escalator equipment sales experience
  • New business background, strong relationship builder, figures orientated
  • Deal with decision makers at all levels
  • A track record of results visibly clear on CV
  • Driving License

Package: £50,000 basic plus £15k-20k uncapped OTE, 25 days holiday, contributory pension scheme, company car, life assurance up to x4 salary
