💰 Up to £64K Basic + £25K Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced medical device sales professional to join a growing healthcare SME and manage a highly specialised portfolio across neurosurgery, ENT and otology.

💼 What You'll Do
- Manage and develop NHS accounts across the South West & South Wales
- Drive growth across an established neurosurgery portfolio of devices and consumables
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and win new business
- Build relationships with Neurosurgeons, Neurophysiologists, Consultants, Theatre Teams, Nurses and Procurement
- Sell into major neuro centres including Cardiff, Bristol, Bath, Plymouth and Southampton
- Provide technical product support and work closely with clinical specialists
- Develop new opportunities within existing accounts and targeted new hospitals
- Manage a clinically demanding, hands-on territory with regular travel
👊 Who We're Looking For
- At least 3 years' medical device territory management experience
- Healthcare sales background, ideally selling a technical product or specialist therapy
- Theatre or secondary care sales experience would be highly advantageous
- Strong track record of developing long-term clinical relationships
- Confident networking, upselling and cross-selling within NHS Trusts
- Comfortable learning complex clinical and technical products
- Experience working in high-pressure hospital environments
- Strong career stability and consistent performance
💰 The Package
- Basic salary up to £64K
- £25K uncapped commission

Ideally based close to Bristol, Taunton, Exeter, Bath or Cardiff.
