National Account Manager - Nicotine Pouches

National & International Remit - based anywhere in UK

THE ROLE OF NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER:

As a National Account Manager for Nicotine Pouches you will be responsible for overseeing a fast growing and dynamic category for Pheonix 2 Retail. You will manage the relationships with brand owners and the P2R Key Accounts team ensuring a smooth and productive partnership.

This will involve all the usual responsibilities you would expect as a seasoned National Account Manager such as building out joint business plans with brand owners, managing and setting budgets, using data insight to monitor trends and competitor activity and promotional and market planning.

Working from home, your main responsibilities will be to liaise with the key decision makers within your account base, including Buyers, Operations Managers, Trading Teams and Logistics departments, attending regular meetings, to ensure the smooth running of the accounts and delivery upon agreed objectives.

ABOUT YOU:

Essentials:

  • A full driving license
  • Demonstrable track record of managing National Accounts within the tobacco or vaping markets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies in the FMCG industry
  • A creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach, as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM software
  • Comfortable with regular travel as required by the business.
  • WHAT WE OFFER:
  • Base Salary up to: £65,000
  • Commission: 20%
