National Account Manager - FMCG

The role: Representing a market leading garden supplies company, this outstanding opportunity for a National Account Manager will be tasked with managing all aspects of account profitability, ensuring all targets for sales/margins are achieved and to administer all aspects of customer relationships from managing existing business to capitalising on new opportunities. The successful National Account Manager will need to be self-motivated, customer focussed, proactive and have a real passion for sales, to take a an active role in a highly successful sales team.

Requirements for the National Account Manager role:

· Passionate, driven, professional and commercially astute
· Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
· Proactive and flexible in nature
· Fully proficient in all Office 365 applications
· Exceptional numerical and statistical aptitude
· Works well under pressure, and able to meet deadlines
· Possesses a strong 'can do' approach, with excellent team working and communication skills

The package for the National Account Manager:

· Basic: £44K - £48K depending on experience
· Bonus / OTE: 15%
