We're Hiring: National Account Manager - Foodservice Equipment (UK Wide)

Salary: Basic £55,000, OTE £11,000 + Company Car + Bens

Location: Field-based, UK

Reports To: National Sales Manager

Full-time | Permanent

We're working exclusively with a market-leading manufacturer of premium foodservice equipment to appoint a National Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected brand at the forefront of innovation and service excellence, with a strong reputation in the UK hospitality and foodservice market.

About the Role:

As National Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind winning and growing national accounts across the UK. Your primary focus? Securing new business opportunities and expanding long-term partnerships that increase equipment and service sales.

You'll play a key role in:

  • Delivering monthly sales and gross margin targets
  • Developing and executing strategic account development plans
  • Leading tender responses, proposals and commercial negotiations
  • Acting as the central point of contact for key stakeholders
  • Tracking market trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities
  • Collaborating across departments to ensure exceptional customer delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in national account management and new business development
  • A confident negotiator with strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver solutions
  • Excellent relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence
  • Self-motivated, organised and data-savvy - comfortable producing pipeline reports and forecasts
  • Ideally, experience within food equipment, commercial kitchens, or a related service industry
