National Account Executive

28-30k basic + 8k OTE + Car + Benefits


We are working with a market leading multinational catering supplies company looking to hire a National Account Executive. This is an opportunity to join an expanding sales team in a global company with 16000 employees and over £7 billion in annual revenue.

In this field based role you will be supporting a National Account Manager and working across multiple locations within one high value account. You will be meeting clients on a daily basis to develop the relationship at locations across London and the South East, utilising your networking skills to grow revenue streams and meet contractual SLA's.

Key responsibilities:

· Identify opportunities within the defined portfolio and wider account, to achieve planned growth

· Manage price files and increases

· Manage category and product switches

· Project manage special events and new client roll-outs

· Understand the needs of the customer and build relationships with key stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months sales experience and have a proven track record of meeting budgets and KPI's. You will be required to attend client meetings across London and occasionally further afield so a driving license is essential. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be highly motivated and driven to succeed. You should also be able to work independently and be confident in building relationships with clients.
