Role Overview: Moulding Setter (night shifts)

Joining their dynamic team based in Greater London, my client is looking for a Moulding Setter to ensure that their injection moulding machines are consistently in operation, kept in-spec, and are producing quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for maintaining optimal operations of injection moulding machines.

· Responsible for answering machine alarms, resolving injection moulding machine quality defects and assisting with machine changes.

· Responsible for assisting with injection moulding machine fault finding. This includes: flash faults, burning faults, water leaks, machine faults.

· Responsible for ensuring surface finishing is in spec. The setter will be setting moulds around the specs provided to ensure quality products are made.

· Happy to work overtime as required & work on night shifts (7pm-7am).

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years' experience working with moulding machines.

· This experience can come from numerous different roles, ie: working as a production technician, technical specialist or as an operator. If experience with moulding machines is there, the client is open on job titles.

· The client is also open on industry, they'll consider experience within ie: plumbing, heating, water control solutions, automotive, pharmaceutical, medical, HVAC, manufacturing, food processing amongst other industries.

Must have full right to work in the UK, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Package:

· £37,000-£42,000 per annum (this is inclusive of a 30% premium which comes as standard in this role).
