Medical Sales Manager - 3 Reports - South East

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience + £50,000 uncapped commission & £650 monthly car allowance

Location: MUST be commutable to London

THE COMPANY: Our client manufactures high-quality energy devices with incredible speed, comfort and quality used for elevating dry eye management. They encourage entrepreneurship and a fun working environment, no micromanagement and non-corporate. Due to a rapid growth and increased demand of their products, they are currently recruiting a polished, consultative, and driven sales team manager with 5+ years experience to support their field based BDMs as well as manage an existing key account base.

THE ROLE: As an ophthalmology National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will managing 3 BDMs across the UK, who sell medical devices and capital equipment to private practices and multi-speciality clinics. Typical decision makers they encounter are optometrists, ophthalmologists and key opinion leaders. This is a field based role covering the a national remit, you must be commutable to London but also be able to travel across the UK to support your team. Headcount will increase over time. Alongside your management responsibilities, you will also inherit existing accounts to grow. 50% of your role will involve travel.

Candidates must have a proven track record of managing a sales team, you must have 5 years experience minimum. This can come from any medical field.

Full product training will be provided as well as clinical support. You must have a driving licence.

We are looking for solution sellers who are super motivated, with great leadership and coaching skills.

The Package:

  • Basic: £60,000 - 80,000 depending on experience, top end for industry.
  • Bonus £50,000 uncapped commission paid quarterly
  • Car allowance: £650 - 700 per month - TBC
