Role Overview: Mechanical Project Engineer

Joining their dynamic project team, based South of Birmingham, my client is looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to design elements for HVAC & Heating Design systems alongside project planning & coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design the mechanical elements of multiple HVAC system & Heating Design projects at once.

· Utilise CAD & SOLIDWORKS during design & drawing phases.

· Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance & provide assistance in taking any necessary corrective actions.

· Provide on-site technical support during projects' installation, testing, and commissioning phases.

· Stakeholder management & assisting with project management.

· Happy to travel across the UK and Europe, on average 10 days per month.

Requirements:

· Mechanical Engineering degree (preferred) - HNC level at minimum.

· Minimum of 3 years' experience in a mechanical project engineering role, or similar.

· Experience designing mechanical elements for HVAC systems & Heating.

· SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, or similar design software experience.

· Project manager qualified such as PMP, AGPM, PMI, Prince2.

· Happy to travel across the UK & Europe as required.

Package:

· £50,000-£55,000 p/a
