The Role

As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be based in a new state of the art facility in Limerick and you will play a key role in bringing precision-engineered products to life. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assemble mechanical components, machines and systems to exact specifications
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
  • Perform high-quality inspections and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines
  • Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and follow safety procedures at all times


The Person

We welcome applications from candidates with mechanical assembly experience or transferable skills. The ideal Mechanical Fitter will:

  • Have experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or a similar manufacturing environment
  • A qualification as a mechanical fitter, or similar, is highly advantageous
  • Be able to read technical drawings and follow detailed assembly instructions
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to quality
  • Be a proactive team player, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Be open to learning new processes and working on complex, high-value projects
