Collaborating with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and enhance brand credibility.

Job Purpose: As the Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan, activate, and manage multiple marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your strategic efforts will focus on strengthening brand credibility, increasing visibility, and driving demand for a number of accreditation products. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure consistent and high-quality creative assets for marketing campaigns.

Role responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute effective marketing campaigns for our client's Awards and Rankings products to generate awareness, engagement, and leads.
  • Enhance the quality and consistency of accreditation marketing efforts.
  • Deliver high-quality brand and campaign assets in collaboration with in-house and external designers.
  • Manage and optimise organic and paid social media activity.
  • Prepare and deliver targeted email campaigns with high-quality content and effective audience segmentation.
  • Oversee internal display advertising for accreditation campaigns across company
  • Utilise Marketo and Stripo to produce customisable email templates for improved efficiency.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and optimisation of landing pages.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Sales, Product Directors, Researchers, and the wider Marketing Team.

Role requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, including managing awards and/or research/accreditation programs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation best practices across digital channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Marketo, Sprinklr, Stripo, and Canva.
  • Extensive experience in social media marketing.
  • Ability to manage and activate paid campaigns (social and search).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Previous experience working closely with sales teams.
  • Familiarity with Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel.
