About the company

A fast-growing B2B events business operating within an international events group, dedicated to the data centre and AI infrastructure ecosystem. The company connects decision-makers across colocation, hyperscale, enterprise IT and mission-critical infrastructure through a portfolio of conferences and expos across Europe and beyond, alongside a growing awards programme. With several new international launches planned over the coming year, the business is scaling quickly in one of the fastest-growing sectors in B2B events.

Role responsibilities

  • Build and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns in Marketo across the company's global event portfolio, in line with an agreed schedule and strategy.
  • Manage campaign workflows, lead capture and reporting in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Own the social media content calendar (primarily LinkedIn), drafting copy, coordinating graphics and maintaining a consistent posting cadence.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing assets and event collateral, briefing the graphic design team and managing version control.
  • Support the maintenance of event microsites and the main website, including speaker, agenda and registration updates.
  • Maintain and enrich marketing data across the CRM and marketing automation systems, ensuring GDPR compliance throughout.
  • Manage event registration platforms and coordinate attendee communications across the event lifecycle, from pre-event through to post-event reporting.

Candidate background

  • 2-3+ years' experience in B2B marketing gained specifically within an events, conference or exhibition environment.
  • Commercially minded - comfortable being judged on delegate revenue, sponsor lead generation and year-on-year event growth rather than brand metrics alone.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform; Salesforce experience highly valued.
  • Comfortable working with data - building and nurturing lists, creating SQLs/MQLs, and interpreting campaign performance metrics.
  • Confident running LinkedIn and other social channels, with strong written English and copywriting skills.
  • Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple event campaigns at once without things slipping.
