The Role
This is a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager role leading campaigns across two internationally recognised creative awards portfolios.
You will take ownership of global entry campaigns, audience growth, partnerships, ticketing strategy, and wider revenue generating initiatives, while managing and developing a multi disciplinary marketing team.
The role combines campaign strategy, stakeholder management, brand development, partnership activation, and team leadership, requiring someone comfortable operating across both high level planning and day to day execution.
You will work closely with senior leadership, digital marketing, PR, partnerships, and operations teams to ensure campaigns deliver against commercial objectives, audience growth targets, and brand positioning goals.
Alongside campaign ownership, you will also play a key role in shaping long term marketing strategy, improving performance analysis, and identifying new partnership and revenue opportunities across the wider portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop global entry and ticketing campaigns across an international awards portfolio
* Manage and mentor a multi functional marketing team across content, partnerships, outreach, and design
* Develop audience growth strategies aligned to commercial and engagement KPIs
* Drive ticketing and revenue performance across exhibitions, merchandise, publications, and touring programmes
* Lead strategic partnerships and media collaborations to increase brand awareness and audience reach
* Oversee campaign messaging, storytelling, and visual consistency across all channels
* Collaborate with digital marketing teams on campaign optimisation, forecasting, and reporting
* Manage external suppliers, ticketing providers, and commercial partnerships
* Oversee marketing budgets and campaign performance analysis
* Support new business opportunities, sponsorship initiatives, and stakeholder engagement
* Work cross functionally with PR, operations, and senior leadership teams
* Ensure campaigns remain agile, insight led, and commercially focused
Candidate Background
* Experience in event marketing within exhibitions, awards, media, arts, or cultural events
* Previous experience managing and developing marketing teams
* Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience growth, and ticketing marketing
* Experience delivering multi channel campaigns across digital, partnerships, content, and social channels
* Commercial mindset with experience driving revenue and engagement targets
* Strong stakeholder management and partnership development capability
* Confident managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
* Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills
* Data driven approach with experience analysing and optimising campaign performance
* Interest in arts, photography, film, or creative industries beneficial
