Role responsibilities
- Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across an international portfolio of live events.
- Support campaign planning, working closely with senior stakeholders to execute activity aligned to event targets.
- Drive delegate acquisition through email, digital, and social campaigns.
- Manage audience segmentation and targeting within CRM systems to improve campaign performance.
- Coordinate campaign assets and timelines to ensure activity is delivered effectively.
- Work closely with sales and events teams to support overall event performance.
- Track and report on campaign performance, including registrations and engagement metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and audience growth.
Candidate background
- 3-4 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within events or a similar environment.
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across email and digital channels.
- Strong understanding of delegate acquisition and campaign performance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools.
- Confident copywriter with the ability to engage professional audiences.
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once.
