Remote (France / Netherlands) with some regional and international travel
€60,000-€70,000 + bonus + benefits

The Role
This is a commercially focused Regional Marketing Manager role responsible for building qualified pipeline for new business.
You'll take global campaigns and localise, execute and optimise them for France and Benelux, working closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion and revenue outcomes.
This is a hands-on role combining digital campaigns, automation and events, with a strong focus on performance.
What we're looking for
· 4-6 years' experience in B2B marketing or demand generation
· Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and pipeline performance
· Experience working closely with Sales on lead generation and conversion
· Hands-on experience across digital channels and marketing automation platforms
· Data-driven mindset with focus on performance and ROI
· Experience marketing into the French market (essential), Benelux exposure beneficial
· Fluent French and English

The Opportunity
This is a Regional Marketing Manager role with a clear commercial focus - building qualified pipeline for new business opportunities in region.
You'll take global campaigns and localise, execute and optimise them for France and Benelux, ensuring they drive measurable impact on pipeline, conversion and revenue.
The role sits close to Sales, with success measured on pipeline value, velocity and closed business rather than just activity.
The Role
You'll execute and optimise regional marketing activity across digital campaigns, automation and events, with a clear focus on pipeline generation and performance.
Working within a global marketing structure, you'll take centrally developed campaigns and adapt them for your region, ensuring they land effectively and deliver measurable results.
Alongside this, you'll have scope to test and improve activity based on local market insight, using data to refine performance over time.
This is a hands-on role, working closely with Sales to improve lead quality, pipeline progression and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive qualified pipeline for new business across France and Benelux
· Localise and execute global campaigns across digital, content and events
· Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality, pipeline progression and conversion
· Run and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and marketing automation platforms
· Deliver and support regional events, partnerships and market activity
· Track performance across MQLs, pipeline value, velocity and ROI
· Use data to test, learn and improve performance over time
About You
You're a commercially minded B2B marketer who understands how marketing contributes to revenue.
You're comfortable working within a global structure, executing campaigns to a high standard, and using data to improve outcomes. You're also confident working closely with Sales and internal stakeholders, aligning priorities and ensuring activity translates into commercial results.
You'll likely bring
· 4-6 years' experience in B2B demand generation or campaign-focused marketing roles
· Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and pipeline performance
· Experience working closely with Sales on lead generation and conversion
· Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo etc.)
· Experience across digital channels (LinkedIn, Google, email) and events
· Strong analytical mindset with focus on performance and ROI
· Experience marketing into the French market (essential), with exposure to Benelux markets (preferred)
· Fluent French and English
