Role responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across events, publishing, and digital products.
  • Deliver a year-round marketing approach driving engagement, registrations, sales, and retention across multiple customer groups.
  • Manage multi-channel campaign delivery across digital, email, social media, print, PR, direct mail, and on-site activation.
  • Own campaign messaging, creative, and branding, including new product and feature launches.
  • Track campaign performance, manage budgets, and report on KPIs, ROI, revenue, and attribution.
  • Lead digital marketing activity including websites, email platforms, newsletters, webinars, PPC, and paid social.
  • Oversee social media strategy and delivery, including content planning, performance optimisation, and paid activity.
  • Lead email marketing strategy including segmentation, automation, testing, and continuous optimisation.
  • Deliver content marketing campaigns in collaboration with editorial, events, and commercial teams.
  • Maintain and develop CRM databases, supporting segmentation, targeting, and data quality.
  • Support partnerships, sponsorships, advertising activity, and PR campaigns.
  • Coordinate print, direct mail, and media outreach activity as required.

Candidate background

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within events, exhibitions, or media.
  • Strong hands-on experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Confident across digital marketing, email, social media, website management, and content delivery.
  • Commercially aware, with experience tracking performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive working style.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and optimise activity.
