About the Role
This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of transport and infrastructure events, media products, and awards. The role is integral to driving revenue growth through subscriptions, delegate acquisition, and commercial partnerships. It involves managing multi-channel campaigns, overseeing brand consistency, enhancing user experience, and providing commercial support across the business. The Marketing Manager will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver effective, data-driven campaigns and ensure marketing activity aligns with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing annual marketing strategies and tactical plans
- Driving targeted multi-channel campaigns to grow revenue and audience engagement
- Leading on brand, design, and user experience across all products and platforms
- Managing email marketing, websites, and social media activity
- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on effectiveness and ROI
- Building, managing, and segmenting data for targeted communications
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborating with commercial teams and managing supplier relationships
- Managing and reporting against the marketing budget
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and commercial acumen, with a proven track record in B2B marketing within media, publishing, or events.
Essential Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years' marketing experience in a relevant B2B environment
- Strong campaign planning and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and audience segmentation
- Confident using marketing tools and platforms, including email and CRM systems
- Proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
- Passion for marketing and a growth-focused mindset
