We are a mission-driven, fast-growing organisation focused on using data and technology to deliver better outcomes for people and communities. Our work sits at the intersection of social policy and digital innovation, and we are passionate about transforming complex policy insights into actionable, real-world impact.

With an inclusive and collaborative culture, we offer a flexible and supportive working environment, where individual growth is encouraged, and everyone is empowered to make a difference. We're scaling up our operations, and as part of our continued growth, we are now looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Campaigns and Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Audience Engagement: Grow our reach across target sectors through tailored campaigns that resonate with specific audiences.

  • Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with sector partners to co-deliver marketing initiatives, promote client successes, and support brand awareness strategies.

  • Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with media contacts, manage press outreach, handle reactive enquiries, and secure coverage in regional and sector-specific outlets.

  • Awards & Recognition: Identify and manage submissions to industry awards, supporting both the organisation and clients in gaining recognition.

  • Content Promotion: Amplify the impact of blogs, policy reports, and public affairs activity by ensuring they reach key stakeholders.

  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with policy, product, and commercial teams to ensure campaign messaging supports broader organisational goals.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Use tools such as Google Analytics to track performance, analyse trends, and report on campaign success.

  • Internal Support: Provide marketing guidance across the organisation to support strategic projects and maintain brand consistency.
