  • Lead UK marketing strategy & execution - drive brand growth and demand generation
  • Develop content & thought leadership - tailored for UK audiences
  • Collaborate with global sales partners - to enhance market positioning
  • Create content for UK audiences - thought leadership
  • Align digital platforms - work with the Digital Manager across website, social, email & CRM
  • Lead the assessment of sales channels as part of the ongoing Go-to-Market strategy
  • Drive changes to strategy based on data
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate

Requirements for the Marketing Manager:

  • Degree level qualification in marketing, business or similar
  • Extensive experience both strategic and hands-on with Brand Management and Demand-generation activities
  • Previous B2B marketing - in a technical Product - preferably Industrial machinery / chemical or similar (essential)
  • Strong communication with multiple markets
  • Experienced working with a CRM system - preference to HubSpot but not essential.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools
  • Data-driven thinking
  • Fluent written and verbal proficiency in English is required

Remuneration & Benefits for Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Salary range £55 to £65,000 - dependant on experience
  • 15% bonus (company and performance-based)
  • Hybrid working - offices based in Leeds
