Role responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, print, PR, and on-site activation.
- Assist with content creation for newsletters, emails, graphics, digital assets, and campaign materials.
- Support email marketing activity including list segmentation, scheduling, performance monitoring, and GDPR compliance.
- Assist with website updates, webinars, and digital campaign delivery to support registrations and lead generation.
- Support social media execution across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including scheduling, engagement, and reporting.
- Help monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and compile reports for senior team members.
- Maintain CRM databases, supporting data quality, segmentation, and audience targeting.
- Provide support for partnership, sponsorship, advertising, and PR campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Support delivery of digital, virtual, or hybrid events as required.
Candidate background
- 1-2 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within events, exhibitions, or media.
- Interest in digital marketing, content creation, social media, and email campaigns.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confident communicator with good written skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance metrics.
