The Opportunity
A rapidly growing MedTech organisation is seeking a Market Access Manager to join a newly established obstetrics commercial team. This is a role requiring 50% travel covering the DACH/Europe region.
You will support the adoption of an innovative Maternal & Child Health (MCH) portfolio across Hospitals and healthcare settings, driving product adoption, analysing trends, knowledge of funding and market access across Europe. A key part of the role is building strong, long-term relationships with payers, hospital leadership, procurement and health authorities.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a genuine impact in maternal and child health within an agile, collaborative, and forward-thinking organisation.
Requirements
- Market access experience within medical devices.
- Regulatory and government affairs exposure/understanding.
- knowledge of re-imbursement and state regulations.
- Strong commercial mindset and acumen.
- Excellent communication and advanced presentation skills
- Confident relationship-builder with a results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel (50%+)
- Fluency in English and other European language.

- Basic salary: EURO 75,000 - 90,000
