About the Company:

We're partnered with a well-known design & manufacturer of filtration products. They specialise in providing high-performance filtration solutions for sectors like oil & gas, pharmaceuticals/healthcare, energy, utilities & food processing.

Role Overview:

Joining their established site based southwest of London, my client is looking for a highly skilled Housing Component Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee a team of just under 10 Housing Component Manufacturing Operators & CNC Programmers at our clients' site. This is primarily a people management, hands-off role. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality standards from the team & be happy taking on multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage a team of CNC Programmers and Housing Component Manufacturing Operators, alongside a Cell Shift Lead.

· Provide assistance for the operators & programmers as required.

· Conduct daily stand ups & meet with sales, customers etc to provide order and project updates.

· Read drawings & help translate into manufacturing requirements.

· Primarily a hands-off management role.

Requirements:

· Experienced engineer with workshop experience & manufacturing industry experience to at least senior level.

· Experience working with press cells and sheet metal.

· Ability to read drawings.

· Ability to manage a team and take a fresh approach.

· Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
