This company has grown from strength to strength and shows no signs of slowing down. They are a household name on the international stage and carry a reputation for quality and innovation.

Due to the company's continued success, they are now seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join their growing team in Meath!

THE ROLE: 

The successful Maintenance Coordinator will look after all maintenance activity carried out on their plan in Co Meath. Duties include:

• Plan and organize maintenance activities for the site.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed to meet set expectations.
• Guide and support direct reports to ensure targets are achieved.
• Analyze performance data to enhance uptime, reliability, and minimize costs.
• Maintain accurate quality and Health & Safety records.
• Drive improvements in maintenance effectiveness by refining preventive maintenance strategies, task lists, intervals, reporting, and parts inventory.
• Oversee the Storeman to ensure timely ordering of parts and up-to-date stock for all maintenance and overhaul needs.
• Supervise external contractors to ensure their work meets quality standards and the work environment is properly restored.

THE PERSON:  

• Strong Production or Manufacturing experience is essential
• Previous experience working as a maintenance manager, maintenance planner or maintenance coordinator is highly beneficial
• Candidates that have also worked in a maintenance team lead role and are looking to move away from work "on the tools" are also welcome to apply
• Ideally you will be degree qualified, or hold a technical trade qualification

• Salary: €55K - €60k (DOE)
