THE COMPANY: A truly global manufacturer who excels across a range of medical disciplines. This division of the company specializes in a portfolio of continuous renal replacement equipment, consumables, and support services meaning that a rare and exciting opportunity currently exists for a suitably qualified and experienced C-Suite level medical sales professional to manage and develop their business within Dublin & Northern Ireland.

THE ROLE: As a Strategic Account Manager, the successful candidate will be an advocate for change - managing and developing key clinical and commercial relationships within the NHS & HSE- transforming the current approach of renal treatment of patients. You will be working strategically with your clinical support colleague. You will sell this market-leading capital equipment for treating terminally ill patients suffering from kidney failure in the acute sector. Typical contact will be with GM's, CEO's, CFO, Heads of Procurement and services. The role covers Ireland but 80% of your time will be spent in the South and 20% in Northern Ireland.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Candidates must have experience in a similar strategic Medtech sales role selling at C-suite level, ideally selling a premium product via clinical evidence and where there is a "multi-level stakeholder" element to the sales process. Full product training will be provided and career development and earning prospects are exciting and realistic. Holding an ABPI Qualification will be a distinct advantage, due to the nature of this role you will be expected to complete this process within 2 years funded and supported by the organization.

The Package for Business Development Manager:

* Basic: €65,000 to €75,000 DOE (flexible for the right candidate selling at C-suite level)

* Bonus: 30% uncapped

* Car: Fully expensed car or €15K allowance
